I got the majority of these on the website RowdyRuff.net when I used to frequent there a lot. I don't know if the website still exists but it was one of my favorite websites growing up. Some of the web banners I have downloaded aren't showing up atm so I am trying to fix those so this page won't look so empty hehe..Don't ask why I downloaded some of these I was a very weird kid
